registration & Payment
You know the drill. Fill out the form, pay the money, get a ticket and email confirmation.
Pretty straight forward, but there are a couple things we want to point out.
Let us know if you need help with a place to stay or if you have a place for attendees to stay.
Please note that the Service Project and the Workshop sessions will be running in parallel.
If you wish to split your time between the two activities, make sure to select the appropriate
options when registering so we have a good idea on numbers for both activities.

Q: When does registration start / end?
A: Registration starts on 2/21 and will end on 3/21
Q: Do I need to register?
A: Yes. Registration and payment is handled via Eventbrite and PayPal. Use the button at the top of this page to register and pay for your ticket.
Q: May I register at the door?
A: No. Per best accounting practices and to provide the most transparency to financial clerks, we will only be accepting registration fees online.
Q: Can I update my registration information?
A: Yes. You can update your registration information at any time up to the Sat prior to the event (3/21).
Q: What's the refund policy?
A: This is a non-refundable event, but tickets are transferable. The venue requires payment for a minimum number of attendees and does not offer refunds for cancellations. See ticket transfer FAQ below.
Q: Is my ticket transferable?
A: Yes. Simply make sure to update the registration information prior to registration expiration date above. Check out this helpful Eventbrite article on How To Update and Edit Order Information. If you run into issues, you can contact the organizer.
Q: How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
A: You can always contact the organizer by clicking the link in your order confirmation or the link at the very bottom of the Eventbrite posting.
Q: Is there a discounted price if I only participate in part of the activities?
A: No. Pricing for this event is to cover the cost of all activities. The choice is yours on how many of the activities you participate in, but the fee remains the same.
Q: Do I need to present my ticket at the event?
A: Yes. We will be scanning tickets during check-in at Reunion Ranch on Sat. You can bring your printed ticket or you can use the Eventbrite app to show your ticket at check-in. We will also have the registered attendee list as a backup.
Q: Is there a dress code for this event?
A: Yes, but only for Sunday activities. Worship service, potluck, and fireside are require Sunday attire. All activities on Fri and Sat are casual attire.
Q: I'm coming in from out of town, is there housing available?
A: We will make every effort to help provide lodging at a member's home locally. If you need a place to crash for the weekend, please specify that in your ticket order.
Q: Do I have to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to attend conference?
A: No. Anyone single may attend. Note that participants will be single adults age 31+. Divorces must be final! Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints standards of modesty and conduct are required for all attendees ( use For the Strength of Youth guidelines )
Q: May I bring my children to any of the activities?
A: Please don't. This event is being planned specifically for single adults. The activities and events are not child-appropriate. Child care will not be provided.
